All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before they are shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping to the US on all orders over $60. (For orders under $60, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout).
- Delivery Time: Our standard delivery typically takes 7-15 days from the date of dispatch. Your package is fully trackable from our door to yours.
3. Duties & Taxes
Enjoy a seamless, worry-free shopping experience. For our US customers, there are typically no hidden fees, import duties, or extra taxes upon delivery for standard orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
4. Order Tracking & Potential Delays
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that while we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to peak holiday seasons, severe weather, or customs inspections. We actively monitor all shipments and will do our utmost to ensure your package arrives as swiftly as possible.
5. Our 30-Day Delivery Guarantee
We stand by our delivery promises. In the rare event that your order takes longer than 30 days to arrive after dispatch, you are fully protected. You may choose between a full refund or a free reshipment of the same items.
6. Currency & Transactions
All transactions, shipping rates, and related charges on our store are calculated and processed in USD ($).
